With the ability to serve others and promote the necessary social changes, within the framework of a fair, tolerant and respectful coexistence of interculturality and the environment.<\/P>\n\nMantener el liderazgo en el quehacer educativo nacional mediante la formaci\u00f3n de personas con sentido de identidad nacional, conscientes de los problemas actuales y comprometidas con el cambio. Realizar programas de capacitaci\u00f3n continua para el personal con miras a un servicio educativo de excelencia. Orientar el trabajo a la integraci\u00f3n de los principios \u00e9ticos y los conocimientos cient\u00edficos en armon\u00eda con exigencias internacionales.
