Te lo contamos en este art\u00edculo.<\/em><\/p><p>Expertos manifiestan que el trabajo progresivo y gradual de la educaci\u00f3n emocional, iniciando en edades muy tempranas, garantiza el bienestar social e individual de ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes y adultos. Adem\u00e1s, ayuda a comprender el entorno, tomar decisiones acertadas y fortalecer la capacidad de experimentar, expresar y gestionar relaciones gratificantes con quienes nos rodean y el entorno.<\/p><p>En Colegio Hontanar estamos comprometidos con la formaci\u00f3n de seres humanos \u00edntegros con una amplia proyecci\u00f3n de conocimientos acad\u00e9micos e investigativos, con valores, y, adem\u00e1s, con capacidad de expresar, de forma razonable, sus sentimientos y emociones. Para ello, nuestros docentes se capacitan constantemente y, desde nuestro departamento de Consejer\u00eda estudiantil, brindamos espacios de tutor\u00eda enfocados a atender la formaci\u00f3n emocional de cada uno de los estudiantes.<\/p><p>Sin embargo, el trabajo no est\u00e1 solo en manos del Colegio y para ello mantenemos una comunicaci\u00f3n constante y positiva con los padres de familia: el hogar cumple su papel protag\u00f3nico en la formaci\u00f3n de seres humanos \u00edntegros, con valores y principios. El desarrollar la inteligencia emocional, especialmente en los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, es un trabajo conjunto que surge desde el amor y la comprensi\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Al conocer qu\u00e9 y c\u00f3mo sentimos y, adem\u00e1s, c\u00f3mo lo expresamos, estaremos en capacidad de canalizar nuestras emociones, verbalizar nuestros sentimientos, fomentar la comunicaci\u00f3n asertiva y la empat\u00eda.
